I've known that this restaurant was raved about by many, but always wondered if I would ever have the experience of actually dining at this prestigious venue one day! I've known that this restaurant was raved about by many, but always wondered if I would ever have the experience of actually dining at this prestigious venue one day! Well I was invited to eat here by a good friend who recently bought an Intercontinental hotel promotion package which allows him to enjoy 25% discount on dining at various Intercontinental Hotel restaurants.
The food was exquisite as expected and the manner in which each dish was served was also very impressive. For example the three different soups were served in individual glass (about the size of a shot glass).
I ordered "Sexy Spoon" - a six course tasting menu for under $700.
This is an experience of a lifetime! I highly recommend it - if you can afford to burn a hole in your wallet...
