挪威海螯蝦亦係粉紅蝦嘅一種,同薯蓉都夾,香煎後有外脆內軟棉嘅感覺,口感很好😋Chef Jo活用咗蝦膏煮成醬汁,蝦膏嘅香味令淡滑嘅肉身更顯鮮甜🧡時令法國白露筍好清脆!

千祈唔好睇小呢味餸☝🏻😻個酸種麵包味道溫和微微帶甜,穀味好香,麵包結實有柔軟感,口感不俗,熱上非常吸引!

一向鍾情於無鹽牛油,但Chef Jo自製嘅焦化洋蔥牛油實在令我無法抗拒😻洋蔥嘅甜味拿捏得剛剛好,唔會太搶麵包嘅香味,大愛🫶🏻忍唔住食多份🙈

Chef Jo綫豬架柳燒至約5成熟後,切至約1寸厚上碟🍽 伊比利豬油脂分布平均,肉質非常軟嫩,厚切口感豐富。另外,伴碟南瓜蓉同烤蒜都好好味😋

第一次同朋友嚟見朋友揀咗呢個Main,食咗啖覺得好好味,所以第二次嚟我都揀咗佢做Main (nomnomnom🤤) 焗白鱈魚肉質滑溜,魚肉仍帶水份,魚醬唔腥,混合香蒜、甜椒絲及少量dill草,為淡淡嘅鱈魚帶來風味😋

Bf原本想食5成熟,Chef Jo非常有信心以3成熟製成嘅法國夏洛萊牛肉眼就剛剛好,結果Bf真係感到10分滿意🍽


Bf欣賞法國夏洛萊牛肉眼肉質腍、滑、無渣,有牛肉味,而味道又唔會似安格斯牛咁澎湃,係一趟溫柔嘅品牛體驗🍽

喺餐廳嗌一杯酒就可以free一枝酒嘅開瓶費,我哋就順便試咗白酒嘅tasting menu,順便開枝自攜嘅紅酒。white wine tasting menue包括3杯以下白酒,頭2款比較fruity,第3款相對dry身啲啱我口味。

1)🇮🇹 Tenuta di Corte Giacobbe 1sr Runcata Soave Superiore 2019
2)🇮🇹Pasque Hey French Bianco 2015
3)🇫🇷 Jean Fery Bourgogne Chardonnay 2020

我亦睇過wine menu,by bottle嘅紅白酒選擇都唔少,而且價格平易近人,下次嚟我都應該直接喺度嗌🤣Chef Jo表示,唔希望客人因為酒嘅價格定位太高,而忽略wine pairing,有heart👍🏻respect👍🏻
