I was invited there for Christmas lunch by a friend. They eat there often but interestingly they don't take the buffet but prefer "a al carte".Marco Chung the Chef de Cuisine came to our table to discuss what we liked and disliked. Started off with mixed veg tempura which was very light. The sashimi and sushi very fresh and tasty. Thinly cut beef with filling was definitely worth a mention. Highlight has to be the foie gras on toast which was cooked to perfection. Complementary ice cream at the

Only negative comment is that they come to the table too often to refresh the tea. I'm considering trying their buffet next time to see if it of the same standard.
