I live just next door to this place and I have seen several Hong Kong stars and actors come to this place. I have always loved Chong Qing hotpot and have always wondered what the hype was about this place. Finally, I got a very awesome friend that was willing to try this place with me. First off, I must say the service was great. The available sauce options can be improved. The meat was incredibly fresh especially the cow neck meat. The only thing I wasn't happy about was that they give you taro that is fried. I would rather have raw taro. One huge thing for me is that the spiciness level was not what I expected. We got little spicy which had not spiciness at all. and then we asked to upgrade the spiciness. They were very nice about it and made it spicier, however it was not at all close to authentic Chong Qing spiciness.
