In japan we had a leen gou which is super super good and from this site i see this restautant also have fried leen gou so i went to try try. We ordered lots of things ytd night, we ordered japanese leen gou, ox stomach stick, minced chicken soft bone stick and a eel farn teun. The ox stomach stick is reall really good, the surface is very crispy and inside is very soft, and its not smelly at all cos some other places it does smell bad. The minced chicken soft bone stick is also very good, the meat is very soft and has lots of soft bone mixed inside and the sauce is very good must try must try. The japanese leen gou is as good as the one i had in japan, its very thick, very chewy and the surface is very crispy and the sauce is very sweet. The eel farn teun is very big and inside its filled with eel flesh very nice. The surface is very crispy and has some "farn jew" too, the sauce is also very good. Must try must try.
