They have a lot of banquets/parties, while we were there a large group started Mandarin Karaoke. You could call ahead to make sure they aren't rented out.

Excellent, well prepared variety of standard Chinese banquet food (duck, pig, goose, shark fin) and we spent 600 for 5 people and had plenty of left overs. It's on a Warf Road, next to a park, so it is relatively quiet but only 5 minutes from the MTR.
