Summary: Although not exactly cheap, this group purchase (團購)($298 + 60 for two) is of reasonably good value considering the very good pork knuckle and the inclusion of beer.  It is seriously understaffed, so we will not come again.

Booking: since this is a group purchase, a booking is required.  I called the restaurant at 4pm, and no one picked up the phone, which is perhaps reasonable since it opens at 6pm.  I decided to call it at 6:15pm again, again no one picks up the phone.  Needed to whatsapp the booking, but the conversation is stopped at 6:5x pm by then it is offline, until after 11pm.
(At this point I knew the restaurant is seriously understaffed.)  Note: For group purchase only 6:30pm or 8:30pm can be chosen.

Waiting: After we got a seat, we see that the restaurant is full with both group purchase customers and walk-in customers.  There are only two waitresses.  They are so busy that 15 minutes passed before one of them asks us what we wanted to drink (beer or soft drink).  It toke about 25 minutes for the first dish to arrive, so my wife was starving at nearly 9pm.  Luckily after the first dish, the following dishes come reasonably quickly.

Fish and Chips + Salad: The small portion of salad is normal.  The two pieces of fish are not large.  The texture of the fish is very soft, perhaps too soft.  The batter is thin and unimpressive.  Chips are not hot, and not crispy.  Below average.

German Sausage with Sauerkraut: There are 4 sausages.  These are good as can be expected.

Pork Knuckle with Sauerkraut (again) and Mashed Potato: This is the main attraction.  I wish it has a larger portion, but considering the inclusion of the other dishes and the price, this portion is ok.  Comparing to King Ludwig Beerhall, my wife like the meat here being less salty and perhaps less hard, but the skin is more crispy at King Ludwig.  So this is a tie - both are very good.
The mashed potato is ok.  I already had enough sauerkraut from the previous dish, so the one here is untouched.

Carbonara: This tastes better than it looks.  The spaghetti has the ideal level of hardness.  The portion looks smaller than usual, but due to the previous dishes, we only ate a little of it.

Service: As can be expected from overworked waitresses at a seriously understaffed restaurant.
