Due to the government restriction of no dinner service after 6pm, we can now have the dinner omakase in lunch hour. We chose the 18 items omakase menu $998. I always love the japanese steamed egg. Deep fried shirako. I am not a big fan of shirako. But this one is amazing! Crispy outside and soft inside. Go very well with sake.
