My friend and I had a late dinner. We arrived around 8.20pm and ordered our meals. Since it’s quite late already, we just want to have something light.We order lee lo mei fried rice and wagyu beef tongue. And while in the middle of finishing the fried rice from the big plate, I just finished mine in a small bowl. Right away one waitress came and took away my bowl and chopsticks without asking if I had finished. I was stunned till cannot say anything.And next the waitress would like to take away
We order lee lo mei fried rice and wagyu beef tongue. And while in the middle of finishing the fried rice from the big plate, I just finished mine in a small bowl. Right away one waitress came and took away my bowl and chopsticks without asking if I had finished. I was stunned till cannot say anything.
And next the waitress would like to take away our leftover beef tongue too. Then I spontaneously said, we haven’t finished for this. And the waitress just felt bad of taking away my bowl without asking permission.
She then brought me a new bowl.
What an impolite gesture. I heard a lot about HK people being rude and impolite. But as a reputable restaurant, you should train your employee well!
Btw, we were not only ordered meals, but also two cocktails!!!!
