Boyfriend had the gyudon with egg ($44). The beef was tender and a lot of sauce was offered. They also provide a squeeze bottle of more sauce if you need more. Portion was generous as well.
I had the pork cutlet with egg rice bowl ($48). The pork cutlet wasn't too good as it was a bit on the tough side. Theegg was a bit undercooked as the egg white was still transparent.
For an additional $10, I could add an appetizer and tempura shrimp to my set. So, I did. The shrimp was pretty good. Very crispy. They also offered mayonnaise and a tempura dipping sauce for the shrimp.
The appetizer was seasoned seaweed. This was a bit on the salty side but it tasted ok.
Food tasted ok. Prices were very cheap. Definitely glad we took a chance and went in otherwise we never would have known about this place.
