I have been in Munich where is having special food compare with other cities in Germany (eg, meat loaf and white sausage , etc). So I keen in searching similar great food in HK. White sausage is the most famous Munich but hard to find in HK. I found that this restaurant provides so I was having hope to have similar Munich food in this restaurant . However , the boss told me that they refused to import white sausage in this period because the stock supplier provided is not good , which is kinda
Anyway, finally I have meat loft which is very popular in Munich as well . When I was in Munich , it was cold cut and like raw, but the one I have here is well cook with great taste. The meat loft is under the egg! Still tasty!!
When I ask for more dishes , the boss recommended me curry sausage which is very nice !!!
After two dishes , we still want to try one more dishes . The boss suggested us to try out their signature pork cheek with Germany pasta. However , we are afraid that we could not finish the pasta because of full stomach. The boss suggested us to change Germany pasta to purple vegetables which is perfect match to the pork cheek and do a favour to give us just a few Germany pasta as side dishes to try because that is very nice . They said that 90% people would give finger thumb to this dish!
That’s true! the pork cheek is extremely soft and the source is very nice ! The source is very matched with their home made Germany spaghetti.
The service and food taste of this restaurant are very nice ! Highly recommended!
I will give the boss a very high mark because I can feel his heart to provide perfect quality food to people !!!
