Went there for dinner as wait time was very short compared to the other restaurants in WTC. Big mistake. We first ordered shiitake, beef, scallop and chicken skewers as well as buttered asparagus. Strangely they serve each skewer individually instead of bringing them all. The shiitake was nothing like the one on the photo - 3 shrivelled, tired looking mushrooms. The chicken and beef were passable, but nothing special. In the end they forgot the scallops but we decided not to bother asking for it.

Then we had a tofu and beef tendon hotpot, teppanyaki beef intestines and teppanyaki pork noodles. The beef intestines were completely inedible, salty, and the whole thing had the consistency of rubber - a few bites and we ended up passing on the dish. The pork noodle teppanyaki was greasy and again, very salty. The tofu and beef tendon hotpot was fine, as the tendon was very tender, but with the skewers and the other dishes being so salty, it seemed very bland in comparison. Service was ordinary, nothing to complain about. Having just come back from a trip to Japan, we were very disappointed and feel that the place leaves a lot to be desired. Will not be returning.
