The food taste nice. However, the main problems are with the lack of space, meaning it's virtually impossible to get a table- unless you arrive an hour before lunchtime! Furthermore, the service is astonishingly slow, the staff take a very long time to serve people at the counter, adding to the problems with the already long queue. Furthermore, they take an incredibly long time to make the simplest cup of coffee. Even when I went there in the afternoon, and it was near empty, and no one else was

very long time to serve people at the counter, adding to the problems with the already long queue. Furthermore, 
they take an incredibly long time to make the simplest cup of coffee. Even when I went there in the afternoon, and it was near empty, and no one else was geeting coffee, I waited 20 minutes just for a cup of rather mediocre coffee. 
The staff are quite obnoxious and condescending, and get annoyed when you try to give them the kindest 
"hurry up". Avoid this place at all costs.
