I did give many many chances to Starbucks but I think its really my last time of complaint. Why we paid for suffering the horrible services? The male staff even shouted at me that "YOU SHOULD NOT PLAY ON PHONE" because I asked why he didn't call my drink when its ready. I did give many many chances to Starbucks but I think its really my last time of complaint. Why we paid for suffering the horrible services? The male staff even shouted at me that "YOU SHOULD NOT PLAY ON PHONE" because I asked why he didn't call my drink when its ready. I am not standing in front of the barrister because I don't want to push anyone. So I usually sat down and played a game on my mobile for a while, it doesn't mean my ears are not working. I am still listening for the barrister to call my drink or my name. But I found seems everyone got theirs, but where's mine? So I approached to the counter and found my drink was already there......Its okay, perhaps I really missed. When I left, I discovered my venti drink only was given 1 teabag, supposed should have 2. I returned to the male barrister and asked why there's only 1. He had NO ANY INTENTION to apologize, just dropped 1 teabag to me. Then I asked him to call my drink next time, he MOUTH BACK said, 'I SHOULD NOT PLAY ON MY PHONE!" Wow......yes I am playing on my phone, does it mean my ears are blocking? I don't want to sit down and stare at barrister to prepare a drink, not to embarrass a person, then it becomes my fault? wow.........what a wonderful service Starbucks provided. After the terrible services at Alexandra House, here comes another advance version! Wow.....Am I too psycho to visit Starbucks again to be insulted?

I wondered why that staff did not mention my name when the drink is ready? I am sure he did not as there is NO STICKER ON THE DRINK! But the funniest is I am your holy Gold member but receiving the worst service in earth. Wow! Thank you!
