The egg is perfectly made at soft boiled. It is crispy with the deep fried breadcrumbs.The salmon mousse is bit salty. The pudding and pie with the gravy are nice. The roast beef is fatty though.The cheese selection is good. The portion is also quite generous.The cheese scone tastes aromatic even on its own. The blueberry pie got crumble at the top with the vanilla sauce. It is delicious.
We chose Jing teas which are ok.
Overall the set amazed us with lots of British classics like scotch egg, Yorkshire and beef pie and they are warmly served. The coffee tables are bit small whereas the environment is chill and relaxing. We ladies are full after this gent’s afternoon tea, we all agreed that this experience is special and the buy 1 get 1 deal is a steal. Very satisfied.
