This is the third time I visit Landmark's urban bakery and I swear it will also be my last time there - at least for lunch in this shop. The key issue with this place is their salad got way too much dressing, I mean, A LOT. Comparing to places like simply life, Oliver, Mana they all got salad at much better quality - at least less dressing and not dripping at all like urban bakery's. Meanwhile urban bakery ingridients are not as good as it's peers also, tomato has no taste, vegetables is extreme

Comparing to places like simply life, Oliver, Mana they all got salad at much better quality - at least less dressing and not dripping at all like urban bakery's. Meanwhile urban bakery ingridients are not as good as it's peers also, tomato has no taste, vegetables is extremely soggy and not crisp, the cauliflower today was so bad it was soft, super wet and not fresh...I have to say I was really disappointed, I was in the hope they will get better since they first open here in landmark but truth is, they have not.
Another problem is, the portion of the salad is EXTREMELY small, you charge me hkd60 for a small box of salad but the staff only filled up like 60-70%...? All peers around central are way more generous. It was not just once but all three times I had salad here...Honestly I don't mind paying for good quality salad (eg mana's salad is worth the price) but not like this.
I also had the duck sandwich. Honestly it smells good but once you start eating it you can get enough water because it is so salty. And SUPER OILY....
I have to say I will not go back again given the bad experiences all three times I went. I wouldn't even recommend anyone to spend that kind of money on the food they offer. Mana, Simply life, or even Oliver serves much better salad, and more generous portion for the amount of money you pay.
