To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Sometimes, you really get more if you pay a little more. This traditional Shanghainese restaurant is honestly nothing fancy. But omg, the food is just so good! The flavor of the crab is so much stronger than the normal ones you find in other restaurants. The meat texture is also much better! You don’t mind spending the time to eat the meat inside the crab legs The siu lung bao is also so yummy, the pork inside is really juicy and fresh! Other dishes are also very yummy! Will definitely come agai

This traditional Shanghainese restaurant is honestly nothing fancy.

The siu lung bao is also so yummy, the pork inside is really juicy and fresh!
Other dishes are also very yummy!
Will definitely come again for the dishes we haven’t tried yet!
