Went to have dinner at this restaurant with family ytd night and we ordered lots of things. We ordered a peking duck (2 dishes), abalone fried rice, back crab shell and many other things. The peking duck is really really good, we ordered it as two dishes, the flour wrap skin is really good its very thin slic and the stiffness is just right wont brake easily and its very chewy with duck meat inside. The duck is cooked very good, not too stiff and not much fat under the skin at all. The second dish is using the left over duck meat cut into small cubes and fried with some sauce, then u wrap it in a vegetable to eat. Very very good. The abalone fried rice is also very good, it has absorbed the abalone sauce taste and the texture is very juicy, there are some chicken and mushroom mixed inside with it, Very good. The bake crab shell is quite good but not as good as i thought it would be, Inside is a mixture of cheese and vegetables, if there are more crab meat inside it would of taste much better.
