Ok, so the longest wait time to pick from here is 90 minutes. We waited 120 mins (2 full hours) for a table for two. Arriving at 7:40, there was a significant number of people queuing/milling outside on the stairs and 1st floor, which is understandable, given its rush hour for dinner. What was wrong, was that while they have a 2 hours max eating time policy, it is not enforced, and therefore while we were waiting outside, people were chatting at their tables for as long as they wanted after they

What was wrong, was that while they have a 2 hours max eating time policy, it is not enforced, and therefore while we were waiting outside, people were chatting at their tables for as long as they wanted after they had finished their food.
They also kept calling tables for 3-4 people, meaning some people who waited for only 10 minutes were given tables. These tables aren't huge or anything, and would be completely reasonable (as a restaurant manager), to make the decision to allow 2 people to sit down before the 3/4 who've been only there for 10 minutes.
To be fair, the food was very tasty, but the wait was so long I'm not sure I would go again.
