To my surprise that this is no ordinary salad! The outer layer of the corn Taco is incredibly crispy, fried into a giant bowl to hold the ingredients. Inside, there's ground beef, avocado, cheese, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, and dressings. After tossing it all together, tear off the outer layer to scoop it up and eat it all together. The flavors are perfectly balanced, refreshing, and appetizing, together with the crunchy corn taco adds a rich texture to every bite.
