To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在粉嶺的小店~之前一直做越菜，有段時間冇黎，原來近期加埋泰式，就來會一會😆.🥢泰式咖喱非常惹味的一道小菜，配搭麵包，讚！🤟咖哩味濃，泰式關係九層塔味重，幾好😆配菜吸收左咖哩汁好入味，薯仔煮得夠~.🥢泰式青檸龍躉頭腩絕對有驚喜的一道菜！🤩並不是酸菜魚味道，而是用什菇鮮味，加上青檸提升層次的明爐魚~龍躉頭腩白雪雪、啖啖肉，就算湯味道較重，仍然保留魚的鮮味👍👍明爐魚的湯汁撈飯一流~並且份量十足😌二百蚊不到的價錢來說是非常超值🤟.🥢泰式小食拼盤小店嘅炸物幾好~蝦餅非常之彈牙~咬開仍然見到蝦肉粒😆雞早一啖入口香酥，外皮脆脆~讚👍雞翼就正常嘢~魚餅炸漿幾出色，外面乾爽脆，有口感🤣.P.S.小店裝修有越南風味，吊燈是越式帽，牆上有許多越南風景明勝的手繪畫☺️幾relaxing
