rice noodle with soup & raw beef:
soup is clear & hot, with lot of basil (though some of them turn dark) & green onion, high quality slice of beef over big bowl of rice noodle which is seldom found in the same area ;
Deep fried shrimp-roll : instance roll when u easily found in supermarket or frozen meat shop, a little bit oily over sour carrot & non-fresh cabbage slide!

iced tea with milk (less syrup): good tea-base favour , delight without too sweet nor too much ice ;

~ 2 waiters & 2 waitress serve for over 30 customers when the room start fully-occupied around 8:05pm;
~ music inside that high-ceiling area in the very beginning, but room become noisy & one of the new waitress need instruction to show her kindness greeting & welcome behaviour in & out !

Other Info. : Basil, originally from India, best known as a culinary herb prominently featured in Italian cuisine, and also plays a major role in Southeast Asian cuisines of Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and the cuisine of Taiwan. Depending on the species and cultivar, the leaves may taste somewhat like anise, with a strong, pungent, often sweet smell.
