At a reasonable price they provide a 3-course tasting menu, the focus is of course, pho. The beef is a slow-cooked US Prime Rib which is thick and tender, certainly the best beef in a pho I had. However, the 24-hour beef broth was not too rich nor flavourful, I wonder if it’s the Northern Viet style.

For add-ons: the Chinese doughnuts were crunchy and fluffy to dip in the broth, while bone marrow adds a fatty rich flavour to the soup!

Salads of beef tongue and hand-pulled chicken were interesting fusional creations; While starters were spring rolls with fresh crabmeat (which is so good!) and caramelised chicken wings.
