Coming back from the cinema and feeling like something fresh we decided on Vietnamese and a staple in the restaurant rotation.I order my favorite Vietnamese drip coffeethen to start I had the rice paper rolls with soft shell crab and mango, the sweet smell of the mango wet the tastebuds and with the soft texture of the rice roll with the crispy soft shell crab was delicious For the main I went with the pepper tuna carpaccio with pomelo salad, the tuna was cooked perfectly and drizzled with a tan

For the main I went with the pepper tuna carpaccio with pomelo salad, the tuna was cooked perfectly and drizzled with a tangy mayonnaise and with the fresh pomelo with the slight spice was perfect!
