My first choice was actually the beef curry but only the burgers, hotdogs, pizzas and salad were available when I visited. Fine then, I took the hotdog to try the vegan sausage. The sausage tasted like the real sausage a lot, thanks to the heavy seasoning, I believe. With all the herbs and peppers mixed with the vegan materials, the sausage was quite realistic. However, the casing was a bit too chewy. I really wondered what the material was. Of coz the vegan sausage was the hero, I couldn’t help

The sausage tasted like the real sausage a lot, thanks to the heavy seasoning, I believe. With all the herbs and peppers mixed with the vegan materials, the sausage was quite realistic. However, the casing was a bit too chewy. I really wondered what the material was.
Of coz the vegan sausage was the hero, I couldn’t help being distracted by the too dry and too crispy bun. The bun was really the weakness of Green Common.
