友人W,對啊在以住的食文也很少出現的一位朋友。從今之後,W先生應該會出現多了。友人W說很久沒有約會過小妹,所以便提議吃泰菜。招牌海南雞(例牌)友人每次泰菜都愛點上一個海南雞,小妹沒有深究為何,所以今晚又吃海南雞。雞皮呈油黃色,油光滿臉,雞肉嫩滑,雞皮略帶油脂,嫩至一抿就斷開。醬汁有兩種,黑醬油及泰式酸辣醬,黑醬油略鹹,泰式酸辣醬開胃,整體味道尚可。大蝦炒金邊粉店家先用蛋皮煎香包裹金邊粉,外型已經吸晴。裝飾方面有一隻大蝦,肉質有點不新鮮。金邊粉色澤亮麗,醬汁調配偏甜,金邊粉彈牙不會糊囗,配料有辣椒碎,花生,砂糖。很久很久沒有出文了,對!上學有點忙,十二月份會加速會努力出文,如果你想念小妹的文,請loop下舊文。
