To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次寫食評，唔係打手，純粹新嘗試。Wfh又叫外賣，今次叫咗三樣嘢。1. 黑松露日式蛋沙律窩夫未打開個盒已經聞到黑松露味好香，打開後見黑松露份量亦多。外賣送嚟雖然凍咗少少，但係waffle仍然好脆，個waffle本身燒左少少焦糖喺面令佢再脆啲，沙律蛋就正常普通味道。Overall ，waffle甜，啲料鹹，成個味都幾夾同好食，如果即場熱食應該會再好食啲。雖然waffle只係手掌大小，但係對女仔嚟講都幾飽(本人本身唔細食)。2. 海苔肉鬆窩夫餅Waffle底同黑松露嗰個一樣，都係有層燒咗嘅焦糖令佢脆脆地，肉鬆同紫菜味道正常，都係鹹甜嘅配搭，味道OK不過冇黑松露嗰個咁突出。3. 玫瑰可可⽜奶呢個價錢嚟講佢都算幾大杯，大概係星XX嘅tall size左右，雖然比送外賣位人兄倒咗我一大半。飲落明顯有玫瑰味，反而朱古力味唔夠濃，感覺似平時自己沖朱古力，但係落多咗水嘅感覺。總體來講，如果食厭咗粥粉麵飯，想飽肚嘅話會係唔錯嘅選擇。
