The registration system (hand written on a steno pad) at the reception MUST be improved. I “walked in” and gave details around 1930. Around 30 mins later I spoke to a staff member to follow up, but only to find that the row with my details got cancelled - obviously by accident. I also saw people who came after me get their table because they followed up thrice more. ++The 4 Cheeses Pizza: The bread was soft like Naan - not that I don’t like Naan but I don’t suppose a pizza to taste like that texture wise. #respect
