This new spot is a lot more spacious and less tucked away. We swung by on a weekend for dinner, and even though it was buzzing with diners, we barely had to wait! And just like we remembered, the prices are super wallet-friendly with huge portions and top-notch quality.

Since we had already tried their signature cheese and pork chop before, this time we opted for the 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵 & 𝗘𝗴𝗴 𝗧𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟱𝟲, which was equally scrumptious. We really loved how all the flavors of the buttery toast, gooey cheese, soft-boiled egg and tender chicken meat came together in a heavenly harmony

We were a bit greedy and got the 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗢𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲, 𝗛𝗮𝗺, 𝗘𝗴𝗴 & 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟰𝟮. This was a total flavor explosion, as it had all the ingredients topped with scallions and drizzled in a special sauce. We even heard some folks wanting to order this for takeaway, but it's only available for dine-in, so don’t miss out!

Last time, we had the traditional homemade minced pork rice, which was amazing but a little plain, so we decided to take it up a notch this time with the 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗡𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗧𝗮𝗶𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟲𝟵. The pork neck was super thick and seasoned with black pepper while the other ingredients rounded out the dish beautifully. The best part is that you can also get a  taste of their signature braised pork, which pairs perfectly with the rice.

Feeling a bit peckish, we couldn’t resist adding the 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗮 (𝟯 𝗽𝗰𝘀) +𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟮𝟴 to our meal. It was not exactly what we were expecting, as it came in a shape that was huge, thin, flat, and super round, but the texture was off-the-charts crispy! It comes with a Thai sour and spicy sauce that adds a kick, though it might not be everyone’s cup of tea.

Another one of our fave things here is their Taiwanese healthy drinks that you can add on. We couldn't resist grabbing the 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗮 +𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟵, which was soothing and sweet. The other 𝗢𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘂𝘀, 𝗦𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗸 𝗙𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁 𝗧𝗲𝗮 +𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟭𝟱 was nourishing and refreshing.
