從來都無留意灣仔有一間歐陸式嘅餅鋪,今日有同事請食餅,先有機會試試佢。同事請我地食嘅係Egg Tart,睇落細細個,但食落原來都唔覺細,做下午茶真係岩岩好。佢嘅蛋撻皮係酥皮,但又唔係傳統麵包鋪嘅酥皮。原本睇落以為佢嘅味似萄撻,但食落嘅口感又唔太一樣,甜度係岩岩好,而佢同萄撻唔同嘅係,佢無個種焦糖嘅味,我覺得都幾好味。但係因為我地係take away,所以我地用微波爐叮返熱食,原整脆脆地嘅酥皮就會變軟,睇下你想要咩口感,個人想中間個蛋熱D,所以鍾意熱食多D。
