呢間印度餐廳喺香港1985年開業🇮🇳,到而家已經喺灣仔有多年歷史,一直深受印度人喜愛👳🏾‍♀️,我從印度朋友口中得知呢間相當正宗,亦都曾被米芝蓮推介👨‍🍳,所以我特意慕名而來體驗一下印度人嘅食糧。今次Lunch過嚟食buffet,呢個buffet百幾蚊有找相當抵食🤩。 首先我哋食佢哋嘅沙律🥗,Plain Papad即係印度脆餅,脆卜卜咁可以加埋印度嘅沙律醬嚟食,至於佢哋嘅沙律配菜🥕,竟然用上生紅蘿蔔同生洋蔥🧅,令我感受到原始嘅蔬菜滋味。 我最鍾意係食佢哋印度嘅漢堡包🍔,上面嘅香料醬相對比較適合香港人嘅口味,少少甜之中又帶微辣🌶。 Buffet嘅主菜我覺得綠色嘅餅唔錯,叫Hara Bhara Kebab,至於佢哋嘅Navratan Pulao,即係印度嘅炒飯🍚,味道都係香港人接受到。肉塊方面就要大家留意,有雞有羊🍗,有啲入口OK,有啲比較重口味,未必香港人接受到。仲有好多嘅唔同香料俾你揀,絕對令你眼界大開😲。 甜品方面,佢哋有Rasmalai🍪,我會建議大家唔好成舊嚟食,或者咬少少嚟試吓,因為佢嘅甜度係十級,香港人可能食唔慣。另一個甜品成個波咁,扑落去硬梆梆🏓,但係咬落去其實係粉狀

餐廳其實都幾大,而且座無虛席,相當受歡迎👨‍👩‍👧‍👦。我目測九成五都係印度人,其餘有4%香港人其實係同印度人聚餐,令我彷彿唔記得自己身處喺香港🌍。整體來講呢個buffet相當重口味,香港人鍾唔鍾意食係其次,但絕對係正宗嘅印度料理體驗之旅✈️。
