To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近轉咗新工,係公司附近見到有金記。同事話上年先新開。lunch嘅時候一齊去試下。金記𣲙室嘅lunch有好多款唔同嘅嘢㨂,個人好鐘意乾炒牛河。所以完全唔諗梗係㨂乾炒牛河啦。乾炒牛河最緊要唔好太油仲要有豉油香味。佢炒出嚟都尚算有少少豉油香同埋唔太油,份量都好够嘅。如果炒得上色均勻就更好啦。同事叫咗個叉燒炒蛋。佢話個叉燒炒蛋幾好食。蛋都係嫩滑,叉燒都算半肥瘦,兩者配在一齊,味道啱啱好,算係正常水準高少少。價錢方面係算係正常茶記價錢。灣仔嚟講60幾蚊食個lunch算收貨啦。
