I tried it last Sunday.

Customers have to order the food from left to right and pay at the end like the fast food restaurant, Subway, does.
This is an acceptable arrangement, but I am not sure if the wall in between “food”part and “drink and cashier”part is blocking the communication between the staffs.
Customer have to repeat it at cashier. And what I experienced was the cashier with glasses ask me if I order any food before? I was thinking “before”? You means am I adding order on top of my previous bill? So I answered “No”. This is my 1st order.
After ordering the drink and ready to pay, I make sure the bill should included the food I ordered in “food”part, he say “I did ask you” with bad attitude.
To try to calm him down, I say sorry to him and just make sure the order correct is what I can settle it.

Food is okay, but experience affected the overall feeling.

Chai latter- very light of spice, i would prefer stronger
