去過澳門吃喝玩樂的朋友,相信總有聽過自助山這個大名,其幾乎看不到盡頭的食物長枱實在令人難以忘記,最近,這名店「移」民香港,並選址全港唯一的「移」動旋轉餐廳,大家盡可透過落地玻璃,360度全方位飽覽窗外美景,據知,餐廳轉一個圈約需兩小時,大家大可慢慢飽覽全景未吃前,再說說自助山背後的雄厚實力,屬於葡京餐飲集團之一,懂吃的朋友一聽到此名,定必想起集團的兩家米芝蓮三星餐廳「Robuchon au Dome」和「8」(還有幾家摘星餐廳不數了...)木色裝潢,悠和的燈光沒有光燦燦,予人舒適悠閒的感覺,若可容納240人,奇妙之處在於你不會有迫壓的感覺,依這晚所見,除了鐵板燒和生蠔吧需要排隊外,其他區域交通暢順~餐廳的其中一角是陣容龐大的Wine Bar,九部自助餐酒機,提供包括日本清酒,香檳,紅白酒和甜酒,買張儲值卡便可選取心儀的款式和份量,好酒之徒是絕對不可錯過~值得一提,着實有不少即點即炸的菜式,如鐵板燒,天婦羅和各款海鮮燒烤,當然,也少不了比利最愛的白灼越南羅氏蝦!!!刺身吧,這晚就有自助餐中較少供應的左口和油甘,不過最喜歡的還是大大粒的帶子刺身識食,一定係食免切的,見師傅免切吧,滋味十足!

值得一提,着實有不少即點即炸的菜式,如鐵板燒,天婦羅和各款海鮮燒烤,當然,也少不了比利最愛的白灼越南羅氏蝦!!!

海鮮冷盤,這晚陣容也挺豐富,有翡翠螺,龍蝦,還有毛蟹和阿拉斯加蟹腳,更有即開法國生蠔,這晚供應Pacific Geay,比較喜歡前者,海水味不算很濃郁,不過味道卻很清新,帶點點礦物味,加點鮮檸檬汁就可以~ 而海鮮冷盤中,最愛仍是一出即遭搶空的開邊龍蝦喇

來到熱葷,首推蠔皇海參炆鮑魚,十分足料,海參軟滑,鮑魚也十分彈牙,差不多每次一推出就被掃光,大家記住要加緊巡邏喔!!! 也有不同款式的咖喱供應,食友說食味不錯,小丸子則喜愛焗龍脷柳,肉質鮮嫩

熱葷部份,大家不難找到美國Prime Grade原條肉眼,乃用來自法國的烤爐以300度高温烤製,質感嫩稔,肉味香濃,四款醬汁選配,包括燒汁,蘑菇汁,黑椒汁和迷迭香燒汁,更欣賞是四款調味料,由最基本的黃芥末醬,至蜜糖芥末和喜馬拉雅鹽也有,比利心水推介配上喜馬拉雅鹽,完全能將肉味帶出,以自助餐的燒牛肉來說,這裡實在數一數二!!!

而湯品哩,每日不同款,是晚就有蟲草花燉雞番茄湯,毫不猶豫選了前者,清香滋潤,實在是各少湯水朋友的恩物

鐵板燒陣容一點不失禮,先有大家至愛的煎鵝肝,油脂豐潤,建議加配一片蘋果去膩感,也很喜愛煎帶子,大大隻鮮味十足,烤爐在旁,大家也可順便一試即燒的羊架西冷牛扒,只試了前者,羶香滿溢又不過韌,最厲害的,是罕見的即炸天婦羅,保證新鮮,四款選擇中,不可錯過包括海老和茄子天婦羅

另一邊廂,是令人印象深刻的越南羅氏蝦,養於蝦缸內,新鮮白灼,味道鮮甜爽滑得不得鳥,不要錯過那多膏多汁的蝦頭呀!!! 這裡另一招牌,是約五斤重的脆皮乳豬,皮脆肉香,比坊間等閒的也給比下去喇,一定要吃,而令人驚喜的,是燒味也有不錯水準,燒鵝皮皮脆肉羶,還有义燒和油雞~

點心部可能是另一大家會錯過的,多款點心之中,發現奶黃包實在好吃得不得鳥!!! 奶黃餡既香且滑,就算較飽肚也要吃一兩個才肯罷休,而其他點心款式還包括蝦餃燒賣,白菜餃麻蓉包牛肉球等等,款式真的很多,吃不完全部款式,可以優先試燒賣呀,水準不俗~

倆口子不停的吃,不經不覺,原來已經「食左好耐」才來到甜品環節,甜品櫃內的甜品,一定要試,因為都是出自Robuchon餅廚,眾多款式中,首推粟子卷蛋辣椒軟心朱古力蛋糕,還有香蕉朱古力蛋糕也是做得很精細的一款,香口軟滑,還有麵包布甸,蘋果批,馬卡龍等等~

另一邊,更有供應自助餐少見的凍板炒雪糕,小丸子這雪糕控又怎會放過這機會,四款口味,全是自家製,當中推介大家試柚子雪葩(這款不可以炒的),酸中帶甜,還吃到柚子粒,正!!!

價位$598,與不少酒店自助餐相若,不過食物質素與款式多樣化一點也不失禮,部分更是有過之而無不及哩,温馨提示,三月會加價至$628喇(不過呢,好似二月已滿),每逢週五六日晚市會分時段的(限時兩個鐘,價錢不變),所以呢,若可以的話,還是週一至四吃足全程至滿足!!! 話時話,午市$218(食足三個鐘)也是一個不錯的選擇~
