To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

服務態度一開始mark𥦬口位慶祝家人生日, 最後的確坐了𥦬口位(望馬路), 但天花板滴水, 然後跟receptionist 談及可否調執其他𥦬口位（因為看到望園景的窗口位置有2/3仍然是空置的）, receptionist 說全部已經reserved, 因為客人request 𥦬口位. 我說我也在reserve時也有remark, 她冷淡地說所以咪俾左你, 我繼續說那為什麼不能坐那邊, 要說明哪一種𥦬口位嗎？她說是. 我頓時無語, 心想: 如果一般客人會那麼仔細地remark坐望園景的𥦬口位嗎? 實在不合理呢.另外負責floor的同事也是比較粗心食物食物種類少了很多,很快便沒有興趣再添. 感覺食物種類根本不值$798@, 甜品算是多選擇, 但仍然感到失望.總括來說, 整個午餐buffet不如理想, 絕對不值得$798@, 4人總共超過$3,500. 錢不怕俾, 但感覺不值得. 其實以前也吃過3-4次, 但今次一定是最差的體驗.
