If you like pork blood cube and pork intestine, chiu-chow food is the right food for you. Chiu-chow is a village in Guangdong, and their food has a signature taste in Guangdong cuisine. A lot of the dishes is marinated in soy-sauce then serve warm. The lo-mei here is pretty good. I love the pork intestine and goose-slices. Pork blood cube is cooked with chives, if I have to describe the texture.. it's like tofu. If I have to describe the taste, it's like heaven. I guess it can be repulsive if you are not used to eating the animal part of animal. It tastes good for sure though.
