What's better than a big hearty breakfast to cure your Monday blue? (Well other than skipping work, which I did...)The full brekkie serves with a generous portion of fatty bacon sausage. The salmon + egg benedict is surprisingly good. It's easy for the dish to go wrong, but it manages to strike the right balance with the bread salmon egg ratio, and the sauce is quite refreshing (lemon zest). Not oily like the full brekkie at all.
Hot mocha tastes good. I'm not good with telling good and bad coffee apart but it's good. I like the hint of chocolate powder on top in a cross shape.
