Warm fried rice .. anyone?

Dumpling is always our favourite .. though a bit expensive .. and good fried rice .. and stirred fried spinach .. Used to    go to the Kowloon ones sometimes .. food were always good … BUT the fried rice was absolutely horrendous .. how could a great restaurant serve some precooked barely warm fried rice .. we’ve been to Ding a good ten times mostly in Kowloon or HK Island .. fried rice was always hot and tasty … though portion was always small .. not a big deal ….. BUT … scooping it up from pre

BUT … scooping it up from precooked fried rice and serve it directly to the customer was totally unacceptable
