went to jam bakery tonight after dinner, cos read the previous comment about the lychee mousse cake.they didn't make any lychee mousse cake tonight, so i ordered a piece of baked apple cheesecake and my friend ordered a piece of blueberry cheesecake. we had them there.beside using different fruit, basically the cheesecake are the same. taste pretty ok, but would be great if the cheese taste is heavier.after that, i ordered a piece of green apple n passion fruit mousse cake and a piece of mango

after that, i ordered a piece of green apple n passion fruit mousse cake and a piece of mango cheesecake home. my friend ordered 2 pieces of other cake for take away.
then the owner, ricky, treated us a piece of tofu n green tea cheesecake, the texture is really special, heaps better than what i expected. after we tried the green tea n tofu cheesecake, both my friend n me bought another piece of green tea n tofu cheesecake home.
the mango cheesecake taste normal. but the green apple and passion fruit mousse cake taste pretty good, very refreshing.
ps: very impressed with their service, they gave us a cup of water without we ask for it. and also thanks doris for letting us keep our stuffs into the freight
