After half a day of bicycle ride, it was time to replenish myself. ItaMoMo is a good spot for budget price western food. If you are keen on fusion food, this might be for you. The categories include salad, sandwich, pasta, rice and pizza among other things. There is even mini hotpot - perfect on a cold night. For adventurous ones, like myself, try tasting the bacon mushroom wasabi risotto. The dish, well presented with diced tomatoes, sliced mushrooms and chopped bacon had an element of surprise. Unlike what I had thought, wasabi was not mixed in the rice. The layout of the sauce on top of the risotto was not only for decoration; the whole essence was found in that small amount. Each bite was a positive clash. The only thing was that there was not enough wasabi sauce, which made the last few spoons rather bland.
Even so, I would not mind visiting ItaMoMo again.
