It was me and boyfriend 2 years and 3months anniversary.As my boyfriend has atste of a western person he booked table for two.Finding it was quite easy, n bad location, although if you don't know wANCHAI LOCATION WELL, WILL BE BIT TOUGH,iIt looks smaller than I have expected. We had booked table but when we walked in no one came to greet us. What was worse was we stood there fora while and he just pinted at one table.
after sitting down we ordered twodrink. I had a Tia Maria and coke. Which was rare, as not many bars in Hong kong stocks tia Maria.
There was a broad range of food on the menu. with one page fully on pasta, then one full apge of Pizza, then Main course thn starters.
I ahve always like Greek food, but haven't found any greek restaurant in Hong Kong so when I had spotted the Humous starter with Pitta bread me and boyfriend was happy to order that. Then I saw online that people chose the 4 cheese linguine and boyfriend chose carbonara like usual.
first came the bread. I must say there bread was absolutely gorgeous. the texture is abit like a cake, but it was warm with tehre nice garlic butter
Was good, So we decided to ask for more bread. The first basket had 3 piece, but we were wondering why 3 piece, whn it was just me and boyfriend. are we meant to share the last piece. Then the 2nd basket came, and was only two piiece. we had finished the garlic butter withe the first basket, the male waiter took away, We were expecting him to refill it for us. But isntaed he took it away and we didn't have any garlic but left.
Next acme the humous and pitta bread.
not veryig portion and the humous was tateless. Not very good.
Up came the two pasta.
carbonara I thought taste bit better than the 4 cheese and spinich pasta.
I think Apple green tasted much better. This was quite expensive.
Didnt enjoy the pasta at all,
after that, i ahd the melting choco udding. Which was the best out of all teh dish. Although was too sweet.
the bill came up to 480
Bit pricey for low quality of food.
And defo bad service.
