It is a rather nice cafe. Long sofas which would comfortably fit 3 people. And the walls were greeeen.
Low tables, dim lighting. Forgot whether there was any music.

Service:
Excellent service, yes, in terms of attitude. Very helpful and polite but not too attentive. 'grilled chicken and pumpkin risotto' became 'grilled chicken and pumpkin spaghetti'. But when we pointed it out they were quick to rectify the mistake.

Dinner set....on the expensive side I would say! For a cafe in this district serving this type of food.
If ordering a-la-carte, you could add $30 to upgrade to set dinner. Really not worth upgrading, given the quality of the starters and dessert.

Mixed greens salad, warm bread and soup

Not sure what I signed up for but the soup was a mystery. It didn't look like cream of corn, which I would've expected it to be. Nope, not cream. There was a bit of corn inside but I'm not sure what the rest of the soup was intended to be. It was watery, indistinct in terms of taste, had some gooey bits (yuck) and I left half my bowl untouched. The salad was better than the soup. The balsamic vinegar they used was of good quality. Thick and sweet. Could it have been aged balsamic? Not sure.
As for the bread - next time I could do without. Plain old wheat loaf, toasted. Butter was Anchor unsalted. Fail.

Grilled chicken, mango and avocado salad
I ordered this, reminiscent of the wonderful Cobb salad I had at Limehouse some time ago. Sadly this one was nothing like it.
Embarrassingly small portion, pathetic greens, sour mango, lack of dressing...as you can see from the photo.

Spaghetti Carbonara
Another disappointment, probably just a roux instead of a real parmesan-loaded sauce, to cut down costs. I couldn't taste the cheesiness in the sauce. Also, they used ham, not pancetta/bacon. Not enough onion. Need much more cheese. Disappointment.

This is the only yummy item on the menu. Risotto nicely cooked, pumpkin sweetness came through subtly, and the chicken was fine too. Nothing wrong here.

Apple strudel

My thumb is there for size reference only. The strudel itself is highly disappointing. The layers were thick, soggy, lukewarm, and the filling was...slightly sour, dry, I did not see any vanilla sauce on the side. A casual drizzle of chocolate (Hershey's) chocolate sauce and they call it done. Sigh.

Conclusion:
Decided never to return for dinner. Tea, perhaps, coz they have nice squishy sofas and a high-ish ceiling and lovely green walls. The staff are also very nice. But there is again, a lot of room for improvement!!
