To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平日來原來唔多洗排隊,我哋6:30嚟到,好快就有位,到我哋食完餐廳都冇坐滿。我哋叫咗麻香椰菜,幾開胃,做頭盤幾好。蒜香炭燒醬雞腿肉,蒜香炭燒醬豚肉,呢兩樣都非常好味,燒完出嚟好香,小朋友非常鍾意食。牛角飯都係必點,小朋友一個人食咗大半碗,佢平時唔係咁鍾意食飯。牛方面我哋叫咗牛角上級牛肋肉,厚燒牛舌,香蔥牛舌,佐賀A5極上和牛,粟米,枝豆,秋葵。牛肉方面不過不失,幾十蚊一碟,好似好平咁,但係其實得幾塊,好處就係可以食多幾款,唔好處就係你覺得好似好平,但係其實唔係。燒秋葵,燒粟米都係我嘅推介。另外我哋叫咗個泡菜石頭湯鍋做結尾,一貫日式作風,唔係太辣,所以啱我,都幾好味。
