To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日下晝姪仔帶我黎食牛角,話說我咁大個人都係第一次食,成日凝住食完個身會好大陣燒烤味,點知係唔會!星期六下午茶時段黎到,唔需要排隊直接可以入去餐廳開餐。顧客自己用QR code落單,見到個餐牌係專比星期六日 4點半前用:我地叫咗兩個$138牛角五品燒肉盛合,有:。盛合有牛豬雞(加圭14件)。2件燒墨魚/牛油帶子。蕃茄沙律:都幾唔開胃...。昆布湯:好清淡。牛角飯:可以加錢轉大碗。汽水:另外加兩蚊檯上都會放齊五樣醬料比客人:其實啲野食好普通,志在燒下燒下,又可以坐低傾下偈,姪仔本身就好鍾意食牛角飯,見佢食得好滋味,燒得又好尊心。另外想讚下呢度的服務,由於我地同隔離檯只係一板之隔,坐梳化的姪仔燒野食時,隻手唔小心碰跌汽水,整污糟左張梳化同隔離檯客人個袋,我地真係好唔好意思。我示意男店員,佢知道後冇黑面,反而即刻拎左一疊紙巾同濕紙巾比兩張檯的客人。之後又幫手拎其他工具黎抹,又拎一條頸巾墊住比姪仔坐,好好人……然後佢又好主動咁話比過一杯汽水姪仔。今時今日呢種服務態度真係好難得,以後一定會再幫襯。 continue reading

平時食牛角都係夜晚多,今日lunch有同事話想食牛角咁就一齊過嚟啦,仲要啱啱有張買3送1嘅券,都幾抵食啦。午市燒肉係一個個餐咁叫嘅,我就叫左個128嘅餐,8種肉裡面揀5款。有得食上級牛肋肉、上級牛頸脊、厚切牛舌、牛胸腹等等,選擇都多,仲好困難tim😂😂。整體都油脂豐富而且好甘金嫩滑,非常新鮮。除左有燒肉外,仲有碗湯同碟前菜,十分清爽,用嚟平衡一下燒肉嘅邪惡都不錯。去牛角嘅其中一個重點,就係碗牛角飯,厚厚嘅紫菜加埋佢嘅醬汁,呢碗飯真係冇得頂呀。 continue reading
