To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六晏晝小朋友話想去食燒肉,就同佢去屋企附近嘅牛角開餐🥩特選六品燒肉盛合美國上級牛頸脊|牛舌|牛肋肉|熊本豚梅肉|豬頸肉|日本雞腿肉雖然我地唔係叫極上套餐,但呢個餐嘅肉類質素都幾高,牛頸脊肉質軟嫩,牛肋肉牛味濃郁,牛舌比較薄身,豚肉肥瘦適中,豬頸肉肉質厚實,雞腿肉比較薄身,燒嘅時候要好小心先唔會散🍚牛角飯一如以往嘅好食😋🧈塩味牛油帶子帶子比較細隻但食落都幾新鮮🥗前菜牛肉沙律,都幾開胃🥬昆布湯唔算多昆布不過清清地都幾好飲本來想叫雪糕比小朋友食可惜賣晒😢

平時食牛角都係夜晚多,今日lunch有同事話想食牛角咁就一齊過嚟啦,仲要啱啱有張買3送1嘅券,都幾抵食啦。午市燒肉係一個個餐咁叫嘅,我就叫左個128嘅餐,8種肉裡面揀5款。有得食上級牛肋肉、上級牛頸脊、厚切牛舌、牛胸腹等等,選擇都多,仲好困難tim😂😂。整體都油脂豐富而且好甘金嫩滑,非常新鮮。除左有燒肉外,仲有碗湯同碟前菜,十分清爽,用嚟平衡一下燒肉嘅邪惡都不錯。去牛角嘅其中一個重點,就係碗牛角飯,厚厚嘅紫菜加埋佢嘅醬汁,呢碗飯真係冇得頂呀。

有一日行街行到八九點諗唔到食咩,最後同朋友仔揀左食牛角。門口帶位姐姐溫馨地提醒九點後就會有優惠,作為精明消費者既我地緊係等啦😂🐄上級美國牛 燒肉盛因為想食高質小小既肉同唔想要豬肉,所以揀左最貴既Set C。美國上級牛頸脊賣相夠晒靚仔,肉質偏瘦有肉味,份量夠晒兩個人分享,不過其實宵夜定價248蚊好似又唔係太抵咁🤔🐄香蔥牛舌四片牛舌再配以一大碗香蔥,雖然係薄薄一片,不過都食得出好夾口同有嚼勁,再係燒既過程伴以大量蔥花,令到味道更多元化!🐄牛胸腹呢一碟就比較一般🙈胸腹肉帶太多肥膏,肥瘦唔均勻,入口有些少油膩,食完無乜記憶點,而且就咁睇相都覺得嘛嘛哋吸引。📍牛角日本燒肉專門店 太古康山道1-2號康怡廣場2樓S37-S38號舖

🍴 D.自選燒肉定食 $128 (7/10)是日前菜係麻醬青瓜正常,昆布湯冇咩味好淡。要咗牛角上級牛肋肉,美國上級牛頸脊,厚燒牛舌,要咗原味食肉本身嘅味。牛肋肉比較瘦有口感,冇想像中咁軟腍有牛味,相反牛頸脊油脂豐富軟腍有牛味,好食好多,牛舌彈牙爽口有牛味,好食🍴香蔥溫泉玉子飯(大盛360g)+$18 (7/10)必食牛角飯,加蛋多汁多蔥,大盛真係肚餓先叫,女仔食係勁飽😂鹹鹹甜甜加埋玉子同煙銀嘅珍珠米紫,冇得輸🤤🍴茉莉花茶(常溫)正常淡口嘅茶。推薦指數: 7/10肉嘅質素幾好,要左最貴個set,牛頸脊最好食,lunch應該最抵食?不過百幾都算小貴。
