Walked in to a cozy setting, 90s music and soft lighting. There was a friendly waiter who made small talk with us.

Started off with 2 types of French oysters. A bit salty but sweet after taste. Then I had the lobster bisque which was flavorful and not too salty. As a starter. I had the tuna avocado tartar which had an interesting raspberry foam on top. My friend P thought the dish could be served chilled though, I agree.

P had a mediocre foie gras served on toast. They had no beef day and the menu was changed to a portobello mushroom topped with crab meat and cheese. It was nice and juicy. We were then served a sorbet that was guava flavor but tasted confusingly like peach!

My main course was lobster pasta. Lobster was cooked just right but the pasta was too soft. Lobster stock was tasty. P had the beef, good but not overly impressive.

Before our dessert, we were served jasmine tea, nice touch but the tea was too light. Girls were served a creme brûlée and guys had a ice cream jelly crumble. Nice presentation but not particularly impressive. Creme brûlée was better, quite creamy and smooth.

Overall, service was good, waiters were nice. But the food took too long to come between courses. Will come again when the menu changes.

Next time we will remember to bring wine since there's no corkage.
