平日放工同埋友行完The One，順利便係裡面搵食，係4樓個層比我見到佢，之前在荃灣都食過感覺唔錯，望到個餐牌有個Weekday Dinner Set，包2個Starters + 1 Pizza + 1Pastas/Risottos/Mains，係附近食都差不多，加埋朋友喜歡這邊嘅Pizza，用意大利”00”麵粉製作，加埋發酵超過半數人小時嘅麵糰，再快速烤焗，入口份外鬆脆煙韌嘅感覺。Starters 就點了一個是日餐湯南瓜湯，入口南瓜味道濃郁香滑，湯中還放了香脆法包粒。另一個牛油果沙律亦十分清新，大大件牛油果🥑放在清新沙律菜上，加埋個醋汁夠醒胃。而這個餐嘅重點Pizza 就選了意大利香腸里哥特芝士披薩，內有最愛嘅味濃意大利香腸、菠菜、香濃嘅里哥特芝士、有口感嘅羊奶芝士碎同大量醒胃番茄醬，在鬆脆煙韌嘅pizza 上，真係讓人感到滿足！另一個配搭就要了帶點Fission 嘅冬陰功海鮮意大利飯，以泰式冬陰功湯底煮意大利飯，意大利飯吸收了冬陰功湯底味度外，上面配以藍青口、鮮味大蜆、彈牙虎蝦、煙韌魷魚等海鮮都同樣被個陣味道包圍起來，味道十分配合！另外加了份水牛城雞翼，雞翼外面炸得香口之餘，外面還
