Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雖然我仲未諗到年底前點安排餘下嗰十幾日假期，不過難得 #星期五下晝約到班 #朋友陪我出嚟 hea... 真係 #小秘書嘅福份❤️ 早兩個月喺網上見到 JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong #TheLounge 做緊個flash sale，平均每人兩百蚊鬆啲就可以嚟hightea☕️ 當時真係覺得好吸引🤩可能以往 #小秘書只會夜晚嚟幫襯，一直無留意細節，估唔到 #五星級酒店張枱會花成咁😅 究竟係 #侍應無抹枱、定係歷史遺留落嚟嘅花痕，我真係唔識分😅 不過我好快就將視線Focus喺食物身上，scone通常都係我第一件會揀嘅小點，搽上clotted cream，鬆軟嘅口感配上濃濃嘅牛油味道，口腔充滿幸福感🤤 一向我都認為 hightea set份量太多，二人餐基本可以比三至四個人分享。咁啱呢日有個朋友臨時得閒，四人餐五個人食... 最終仲可以打包一大盒返去比個小妹妹做茶點😅#JWMarriott 嘅 #咸點做得比 #甜點優勝，而我就最喜歡佢哋嘅parma ham toast，火腿香口得嚟又唔會油膩。不過值得讚嘅係細心嘅 #chef，大意嘅我

#JWMarriott 嘅 #咸點做得比 #甜點優勝，而我就最喜歡佢哋嘅parma ham toast，火腿香口得嚟又唔會油膩。不過值得讚嘅係細心嘅 #chef，大意嘅我哋居然冇提早話俾酒店知，我哋其中一位係素食者，短短廿分鐘，師傅居然可以幫我哋做出幾件 #素食點心🥒 實在難得... 讚呀👍🏻
