Weekend唔想去酒吧又想chill下有咩好地方呢?朋友介紹既呢間串燒酒場就係個好選擇。香港比較少呢類類似日式居酒屋有酒飲有串燒食既餐廳~酒類選擇幾多,清酒啤酒手工啤等應有盡有。食香口野當然要配啤酒先過癮!呢款手工啤麥香濃郁,味道偏苦澀但容易入口,同肉類幾夾鰻魚燒得有啲燶,比較薄身,但肉質幾嫩,醬汁帶微甜唔會好鹹。扇貝爽滑大隻,加左蔥花一齊燒提香之餘增加左口感。西冷牛扒薄而嫩身,預先切好食用方便,旁邊有醋汁提味,係略嫌無乜牛味。大蔥雞肉串燒得唔錯,雞肉仍保持到飽滿有肉汁,大蔥蔥香濃郁。豬頸肉肉質幾爽脆,入口唔乾、有油香。羊肉同雞軟骨中規中矩。韮菜燒唔錯孜然粉量恰到好處,唔會太鹹,韮菜新鮮爽口。燒香既玉子燒食落味道更香甜,亦食到淡淡蛋香,質感濕潤鬆軟
