What looks like a cocktail is actually a Yin Yang! Inspired by the local cha chaan tang classic ‘Yin Yang’ which is coffee mixed with milk tea, this shakerato is a foreign rendition combining a espresso with earl grey, instead of adding milk, they aerate the mixture to create the foamy effect. A very creative funky drink, the espresso aroma dominates but there’s a floral subtlety underneath coming from the earl grey.
