今日嚟到銅鑼灣食個Brunch ,今日兩條友想食西餐,所以行到去渣甸中心求其篤左一間就上去啦。 呢度係比較正式嘅西餐廳,原來係主打意大利菜。我叫左一個deluxe special set lunch, 5 courses set.先來一個海鮮玉米糕,口感幾特別,味道都唔錯好夠鮮味。 下一個係湯,野菌忌廉湯,非常香濃口感柔滑。 蟹肉意大利幼蛋麵配蕃茄汁。麵條爽口彈牙,充滿蛋味,蟹肉都拆得好細緻,增添香氣。 主菜係烤黑毛豬肩,肉味濃郁而且外層香脆,好食,加埋個蜜糖芥末汁,錦上添花。配菜亦同樣出色,薯仔甘筍通通我都食晒。 甜品係朱古力沙樂美配雲呢拿雪糕,略嫌雪得有啲硬,而且我本身唔係好鍾意甜野,所以覺得麻麻地,不過入面嘅果仁系好香脆嘅。 總括來講呢度價錢偏高,不過環境氣氛恰到好處,服務水準亦高,而且食物亦都唔錯,啲特別日子來食飯都係一個唔錯選擇。

蟹肉意大利幼蛋麵配蕃茄汁。

麵條爽口彈牙,充滿蛋味,蟹肉都拆得好細緻,增添香氣。
